Roasted red pepper and tomato soup, pesto soured cream 

Tian of Duck’s hot smoked salmon and crayfish tails, avocado puree 

Duck liver ballotine, roasted Pistachio nuts, toasted brioche, apricot chutney 

Dolcelatte, chicory and pickled walnut salad, sweet mustard dressing
